Volume, Quality, Satisfaction

VOLUME:

When we think about the volume of our meals this goes for fruit and veg.

QUALITY:

When we think about the quality this means how much nutritional value our food holds.

SATISFACTION: 

When we think about this we want to make sure we are enjoying the food we eat, we have balance. There’s no restriction and we look forward to our food.

 

It’s so important that we plan and prepare our meals the next day. When you’re busy and on the go, it’s easy for us to lose track of what we eat in a day when we go for quick and easy options.
